Services provided by Nexo Translations assume acceptance and full agreement with the terms below.

1. Acceptance
Any award of services assume agreement with these Terms.

2. Quotation
The requested quotations are made free of charge to the customer and are based on the number of words in the original document if editable electronically (in the case of non-editable original documents, the quotation is based on an estimate of the number of words in the translated text), the technical and linguistic complexity and other requirements indicated by the customer, such as certification, apostille, etc.

3. Certified documents
For document certification services, the original documents must be provided by the customer in hand or by registered mail.

4. Deadlines and deliveries
The services awarded to Nexo Translations will be delivered within the agreed deadlines and in the chosen modality (digital or physical). In the case of the delivery documents and/or certificates in person, the incurred costs will be added to the service.

5. Payment of services
Payment of the services provided is made at the time of delivery to the first service for a new client; in subsequent services, the payment terms are thirty (30) days after the service is provided by bank transfer.

6. Complaints and corrections
Any complaints or requests for rectification must be communicated to Nexo Translations within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after the delivery of the services.

7. Confidentiality and data protection
All services provided by Nexo Translations are considered confidential under professional secrecy. All customer data and document content are protected under the current GDPR clauses.
